Coaching fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Coaching sessions are good for one year from date of purchase. Your sessions can be arranged by phone, Skype or Zoom.

Cancellation Policy

Please give 24-hours' notice if you need to change or cancel an appointment to avoid being charged for the session. This is to honor the time committment of all involved, in fairness to my time and also to clients who may have wanted the appointment.

I understand unexpected situations can arise and will do my best to avoid charging you for a missed session. I will waive the cancellation fee should your appointment be filled by another client.
